Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Welcome to WarehouseJobs.com, a job board that connects warehouse and logistics workers with employers across the United States. These terms are the agreement between you and WarehouseJobs.com when you use the site. We've kept the legalese to what actually matters — but this is a binding contract, so please read it.

The short version: be honest, post real jobs, use applicant information only for hiring, and understand that we run the board — we're not the employer, and we don't guarantee jobs or hires.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using WarehouseJobs.com, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using the site for a company — posting jobs, reviewing applicants — you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so. If you don't agree with these terms, don't use the site.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Most jobs posted here require applicants to be 18 — each listing sets its own requirements. When you sign up, give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and let us know right away at support@warehousejobs.com if you think someone else has used your account. What happens under your account is your responsibility.

3. What WarehouseJobs.com is — and isn't

We're a venue. We host job postings, deliver applications, and provide tools like alerts and interview scheduling. We are not an employment agency or staffing firm, we're not a party to any hire, and we don't act for either side.

That means:

  • We don't guarantee outcomes — not that a job seeker will get hired, and not that an employer will get applicants or fill a role.
  • We don't vet everyone — we don't verify every job posting, employer, or applicant, and we don't run background checks. We can and do remove content that breaks these terms, but each side is responsible for evaluating the other.
  • Hiring decisions belong to employers — interviews, offers, pay, and workplace conditions are between you and them.

4. Rules for job seekers

Job seeker accounts are free — searching, applying, alerts, all of it. In return:

  • Be truthful — in your profile, resume, and answers to screening questions. Misrepresenting qualifications or certifications can get your account closed and wastes everyone's time.
  • Apply for yourself — don't submit applications for other people or use automated tools to mass-apply.
  • Applying shares your application — when you apply, your resume, profile details, and screening answers go to that employer. The Privacy Policy explains how that works.

5. Rules for employers

Posting on WarehouseJobs.com means workers trust that your listing is real. So:

  • Post real, open jobs — current openings for actual roles at your company. No bait-and-switch listings, resume harvesting, multi-level marketing recruitment, or "opportunities" that require applicants to pay for training, equipment, or anything else.
  • Be accurate — pay, shift, location, and requirements should match the actual job. If you use the "Write with AI" tool to draft a description, review it before publishing — what you post is your listing and your responsibility, however it was written.
  • Follow employment law — including equal-opportunity and anti-discrimination laws and, where applicable, state pay-transparency rules. Listings may not exclude applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
  • Use applicant data only for hiring — applications, resumes, and screening answers are shared with you to fill the posted role. Don't sell them, add applicants to marketing lists, or share their information outside your hiring process, and handle it in line with applicable privacy laws.

We may remove postings that break these rules, and repeated or serious violations can end your account — without a refund.

6. Payments and refunds

Employer posting packages and upgrades are priced as shown on Pricing at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Packages are one-time purchases — no contracts, and nothing renews automatically unless a subscription product clearly says so when you buy it.

Fees are non-refundable once a posting goes live. A published listing is a delivered product, whether or not it attracts the applicants you hoped for. If something goes wrong on our end — a double charge, a package that never activated, a technical failure — contact support@warehousejobs.com and we'll make it right. Prices may change, but changes won't affect packages you've already bought. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Your content

You own what you post — resumes, profiles, job listings, company pages. By posting, you give WarehouseJobs.com a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run the service: job postings publicly (including in search engines and job alerts), applications to the employer you applied to. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where it's already been shared (an employer who received your application, a search engine that indexed a posting).

Don't post content you don't have rights to, and don't post anything unlawful, deceptive, or malicious. We can remove any content that violates these terms.

8. What you can't do

Any of the following can get your account suspended or closed:

  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting the site or its data, including postings, profiles, and contact details
  • Creating fake accounts, fake postings, or fake applications
  • Using the site to send spam or unsolicited marketing
  • Uploading malware or trying to probe, breach, or overload our systems
  • Working around any security measure, rate limit, or access control
  • Reselling, licensing, or redistributing site data or services without our written permission

9. Our property

The site itself — the WarehouseJobs.com name, design, code, and everything we built — belongs to us. These terms don't give you any rights to it beyond using the service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without owing you anything (though we appreciate them).

10. Ending your account

You can close your account anytime — see the Privacy Policy for how account deletion works. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or create legal risk for the platform. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive — payment obligations, content licenses already exercised, disclaimers, liability limits, and the dispute terms — survive account closure.

11. Disclaimers

WarehouseJobs.com is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep the site fast, accurate, and online, but we can't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any posting or application is accurate, or that using the site will lead to a hire. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: WarehouseJobs.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost hires, or lost data — arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some states don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

If you're an employer, you agree to indemnify WarehouseJobs.com against claims arising from your job postings, your hiring process, or your use of applicant information.

13. Resolving disputes

Talk to us first. Most problems are fixable in one email. Before filing anything, send the details to support@warehousejobs.com with the subject "Dispute" and give us 30 days to work it out with you.

Then, arbitration. If we can't resolve it informally, you and WarehouseJobs.com agree to settle the dispute through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Small-claims court remains available for claims that qualify. Both sides waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

You can opt out. If you'd rather keep your right to sue in court, email support@warehousejobs.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out doesn't affect anything else in these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any matter not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both sides consent to venue there.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or a notice on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Using the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@warehousejobs.com, or visit Contact. We reply within 1 business day, Mon–Fri.
