Accounts are tied to a single role at sign-up (job seeker or employer). If you need both, use separate email addresses or contact support — we're happy to help you get set up correctly.

A job listing looks wrong or expired — what should I do?

Use the Report button on the job detail page, or contact us with the job link. Employers are responsible for keeping listings accurate; we review reports and take down closed or misleading posts.

Do I need a forklift certification to apply?

Only if the listing says so. Many picker, packer, shipping, and associate roles do not require a cert on day one. Forklift, reach-truck, and order-selector jobs usually list the equipment they need. Read the posting — we show certifications when the employer provides them — and apply if you match or are willing to train as they describe.
