Our Springdale, AR branch is actively seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team. Position: Warehouse Worker As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform essential physical tasks that support our branch operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Pull, load, and organize warehouse stock Assist with deliveries and unloading materials to multiple sites Support inventory control and warehouse operations Operate forklifts (experience preferred) Maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years General knowledge of building industry products Comfortable working at heights (ladders or rooftops) Able to lift up to 80 lbs Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (hours may vary) Mandatory overtime as required Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits include: 401(k) with company match (after 90 days) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Disability insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off If you are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow with a supportive team, CRBS wants you on board!
