Competitive pay with scheduled increases every 6 months Part-time earning potential up to $23.00/hour after 4 years on the job Opportunities for career growth throughout the Wegmans organization Responsibilities: Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect) Effectively communicate with management and the team Work within our warehouse environment where temperatures range from -20'F in Frozen, to 105'F in Grocery Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently The health and safety of our employees is our top priority, and we are committed to keeping you safe on the job! Requirements
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures. The role requires the ability to lift 20–25 pounds regularly and over 50 pounds occasionally.
