Unit Description Delaware North operates concessions, clubs, and suites for the NHL's Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center and has been a partner of the Sabres since 1970, the year the team was founded. We manage concession outlets, suites, and clubs, including a members-only fine dining restaurant, at the 19,200-seat arena. Responsibilities Deliver food, beverages, and other products throughout the venue Assist with maintaining inventory Ensure proper food monitoring process documentation when receiving and storing food products Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas Report all needed repairs to your supervisor Qualifications No prior experience is required Basic math skills for counting inventory Ability to work cooperatively with other team members in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching during the entire length of the shift Exposure to varying outdoor temperatures depending on the season
