Employer: JM & Associates Shift: 6:00 am-2:30 pm Pay: $14.13/hr Location: Burton, MI Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our daily activities. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process incoming stock and materials. - Pick and fill orders from stock. - Pack and ship orders accurately. - Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse. - Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. - Use and maintain machines and perform preventive maintenance. - Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. - Report any discrepancies. - Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment. - Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Qualifications: - Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker or similar role. - Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Ability to lift heavy objects.
