Job Description
Exact Staff is hiring for our client’s Sortation Center in Houston, TX. This is a newer, clean, and well-maintained gated facility with a fast-paced team environment. This temporary position offers the opportunity to transition into a long-term role for dependable and motivated candidates. Available Shifts/Pay: Morning Shift 6:30 AM – 12:30PM Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Saturday Pay Rate: $17.75/hour Night Shift 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Saturday Pay Rate: $19.25/hour You will play a key role in ensuring online orders are sorted and prepared for fast delivery. Items arrive already packaged and must be efficiently sorted, staged, and routed for shipment. Responsibilities / Qualifications: Load, unload, and sort packages in a warehouse environment Organize and route boxed and bagged items for delivery Perform tasks across multiple stages of the sortation process Maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting Be flexible with schedule changes based on business needs Must be reliable and able to work varying hours, including overtime during peak periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
