Job Description
Employer: 1 Resource Group Warehouse Worker - Join 1 Resource Group 1 Resource Group is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our warehouse, supporting the receiving, handling, and shipping of inventory in an efficient and safe manner. As a Warehouse Worker, you will collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized warehouse and ensure timely processing of orders to meet customer demands. Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Organize and store inventory in designated areas. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control procedures. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse. Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols. Qualifications: Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs safely. Basic computer literacy to accurately document inventory and shipments. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: Competitive hourly wage 20.00 Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance offered.
Requirements
Previous warehouse or similar experience is preferred, along with the ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; certification is a plus. Candidates should be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and have attention to detail, basic computer literacy, teamwork and communication skills, and reliability.
