Job Description
Employer: Capstone Logistics, LLC Middletown, OH Pay: $600–$1,000+ / Weekly 3rd Shift: 7:30 PM – Finish Schedule set at time of hire Production-Based Pay Join the warehouse team supporting a busy grocery distribution operation. As a Warehouse Unloader, you'll help move incoming product from trailers into the warehouse and prepare freight for the next stage of the operation. This is an active, hands-on position where your earnings are tied to production. You'll work as part of a team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently throughout the shift. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Unload grocery products from trailers and move freight into designated warehouse areas * Build and organize pallets according to established procedures * Sort, stack, and position product for warehouse processing * Check freight for accuracy and report damaged or missing product * Maintain an organized and clean work area * Follow workplace safety procedures and proper lifting techniques * Assist with other warehouse tasks as business needs change WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse * Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing approximately 25–75 lbs. * Previous forklift driving experience * Dependable attendance and willingness to work the scheduled shift * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team * Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but training is available WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * $600–$1,000+ per week, based on production * Weekly pay * Paid training * Benefits available after 60 days of employment * Opportunities to learn additional warehouse functions and advance within the operation * Safety-focused work environment * Potential opportunities to work at other locations through Capstone's travel team ABOUT CAPSTONE Capstone provides warehouse and supply chain services for companies across North America.
