We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor who can motivate teams, optimize operations, and keep our warehouse running at peak performance. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead and develop warehouse staff to achieve high productivity and accuracy * Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns * Maintain strong inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts * Drive process improvements and support operational strategy * Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance * Partner with carriers and vendors to resolve logistical issues * Assist with KPIs, budgeting, and cost-saving initiatives * Use ERP/WMS tools to streamline operations and provide insights ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING * 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience * 1+ year of leadership experience preferred (25+ employees) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and WMS * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to step in and support hands-on warehouse tasks * Bachelor’s degree preferred; lean/Six Sigma a plus MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of warehouse or distribution experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience managing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and WMS systems is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
