Job Description
Employer: Bad Boy Mowers, LLC Warehouse Operations Supervisor Primary Focus: Daily warehouse operations, employee coordination, shipping, and workflow. Core Responsibilities Shop & Warehouse Operations * Oversee daily shop and warehouse operations to maintain productivity and efficiency. * Assist employees with operational issues and remove obstacles affecting workflow. * Ensure daily priorities are completed safely and on schedule. Loader & Puller Coordination * Coordinate with loaders to prepare the correct mowers and trailers for shipment. * Work with pullers to ensure customer orders are staged accurately and on time. * Resolve issues that could delay shipping operations. Assembly Coordination * Coordinate with Assembly regarding warehouse routing and Building 1A deliveries. * Ensure build lists support shipping requirements. * Improve planning for truckload pulls. Upgrade Team Support * Ensure the upgrade team has the parts, equipment, and materials required. * Coordinate with Parts, Assembly, and Purchasing to avoid delays. * Monitor upgrade schedules. Employee Performance * Establish daily and monthly goals. * Monitor productivity and quality. * Coach employees and drive continuous improvement. Shows & Dealer Meetings * Coordinate equipment for dealer meetings and trade shows. * Verify VINs and models.
