Job Description

At Ferraro Foods, our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in leading the team, managing workflow, and keeping product moving so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it. We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who is a strong leader, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in driving performance and supporting their team. WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON * Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order selection, and shipping * Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to drive productivity, accuracy, and performance * Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet operational demands * Monitor employee performance and hold team members accountable to expectations * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA requirements * Support inventory processes, including product rotation, cycle counts, and warehouse organization * Oversee the safe operation and proper use of warehouse equipment * Communicate daily updates, operational issues, and performance results to leadership * Step in and support warehouse operations as needed to keep the shift running smoothly THE INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS * Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment * Prior leadership or supervisory experience * Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs * Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas * Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs. as needed * Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE * Work with a team that supports customers across the food industry * Lead a team where your impact is visible every day * Hands-on leadership role with real responsibility and growth opportunity * Team environment that values effort, leadership, and reliability THE DETAILS * Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM until finish * Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 annually * Job Type: Full-time, exempt/salaried * Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse, including refrigerated and freezer areas * Equipment: Forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and warehouse systems * Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit offerings Apply today and help lead the team behind every order. Requirements
