Job Description
Employer: Northwest Pipe Fittings Mandan Northwest Pipe Fittings, a locally owned, independent wholesale distributor, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for our Warehouse Specialist position. We serve a five-state region with a commitment to service, product expertise, and inventory. Our ultimate goal is to save our customers time and resources. We distribute a wide range of products including plumbing, hydronic heating, utility, waterworks, water well, irrigation, filtration, and metering technology products and systems. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission and expand our reach. Compensation The position offers a base pay of $15-17/hour. Responsibilities Deliver product to other stores or contractors Receive and unload products from suppliers daily Cycle count inventory as scheduled Pick orders identified as Will Call Pick orders for shipping Match non-stock pick tickets with products Put received stock away Assist customers at the sales counter upon request; may include carrying merchandise to customer vehicles Clean/organize/stock assigned area; may include backing up other co-workers Assist in stock rotation Assist clean/organize yard as required Assist in the maintenance of all company vehicles and property Perform other duties as assigned. This is an hourly position with typical hours of work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Flexibility of hours is required based on business necessity. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of similar experience 1 year of similar experience (i.e. warehouse experience) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Prior experience in a wholesale plumbing supply or similar industry.preferred Valid Driver’s License required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Teamwork oriented with a friendly and positive attitude. Professional and neat in appearance.
Requirements
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant warehouse experience. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required for this role.
