Employer: CHAMPAGNE BEVERAGE CO INC Job Details: Job Location: Champagne Beverage Co - Madisonville, LA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations; ensures accuracy and timeliness of all assigned job functions. Warehouse Reliever will be responsible for stepping in to cover various warehouse duties and responsibilities. Responsibilities: These tasks are performed on a daily basis. • Safely and effectively operate and maintain assigned machines and all related equipment to ensure daily orders are met • Monitor product to ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded • Safely oeprarte a variety of warehouse equipement • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Additional Responsibilities: • Perform any other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Adhere to and support all Champagne Beverage Co. policies and procedures and perform job duties with safety as the number one priority for self, staff, and customer. Qualifications: Job Requirements: This position requires a detail-oriented person who can work well independently. Must be able to operate a forklift multiple times a day and safely operate a walkie rider and a forklift. This person must be able to be on his feet for long periods of time. Lifting requirements include lifting to 50 pounds with continuous bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, pulling, and pushing on a repetitive basis. Must be forklift certified.
Requirements
Must be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and certified to operate a forklift; the role also requires frequent forklift use and safe operation of a walkie rider. Must be able to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds while bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, pulling, and pushing.
