The Warehouse Associate – Receiving supports warehouse operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring products are properly organized and available to support customer orders and branch operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a “team first” environment and has a passion for customer service. Responsibilities and Duties: Receiving Operations Unload incoming shipments and inspect products for damage or discrepancies Match incoming items to packing slips and purchase orders Accurately label and stock materials in designated warehouse locations Report shortages, overages, damages, or incorrect shipments to a supervisor Update receiving and inventory information in the system as required Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, purchasing, and sales teams Notify supervisors of delivery delays or receiving issues Work cooperatively with team members to maintain workflow and accuracy Follow direction to meet daily productivity and quality expectations General Warehouse Support Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and product rotation as needed Follow all company safety policies and properly use equipment and tools What We Offer: Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Matching 401(k) and profit-sharing program Comprehensive benefits package with supplemental options Paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave Christmas bonus, team-building events and company picnic Employee discount program Career advancement and ongoing training opportunities Ready to be part of a team that values your contributions and helps customers build beautiful, functional spaces? Requirements Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds Basic computer or scanning tool proficiency Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Preferred: Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment Dependable, team-focused work style

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of warehouse or physical labor experience. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and proficiency with basic computer or scanning tools.
