We are currently seeking a Warehouse Picker to join our busy production site in Ronkonkoma, NY. Key Details: 📍 Location: Ronkonkoma, NY 📆 Schedule: Full-time with overtime as needed Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm 💪 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs 🗣️ Bilingual English/ Spanish Preferred How You'll Make an Impact * Work from a daily picking report to fulfill orders accurately. * Use an RF Unit to scan task numbers; the unit will display the location and quantity of each required product. * Pick items, scan them using the RF Unit, and hand them off to the production team. * Stack merchandise safely, placing heavier/larger items on the bottom and lighter/smaller items on top. * Identify and report any out-of-stock items. * Notify the supervisor of any items found in the wrong location. * Handle all products with care and immediately report any damaged items to the supervisor. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by disposing of trash and label backings in designated receptacles. * Count and mark the number of pieces in each box clearly in the center of the label. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards. This role has the authority to halt production if food safety concerns arise and must report and support the investigation of any potential issues. * Forklift experience is required (Sit-Down and Cherry Picker). Requirements
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess experience operating sit-down and cherry picker forklifts. A stable job history and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required, with bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
