POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders. * Safely operate electric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment. * Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology. * Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards. * Other duties and special projects as requested. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler and dry. * Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label) * Work overtime as required. * Work on your feet for 8-12 hours daily. * Ability to frequently lift 15-55 pounds. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Prior experience working in a warehouse environment. * Order Selecting: 1 Year (Preferred) * Electric Pallet Jack: 1 Year (Preferred) Hourly Rate: $23.79/hour OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience, with a preference for one year of order selecting and electric pallet jack experience. The role requires the physical ability to stand for 8-12 hours daily and lift up to 55 pounds.
