Job Description
Employer: Holley Performance Summary of Job Duties: * Accurately sorts packages based on package labels. * Maintains a safety-first attitude and leaves all work areas cleaner than they were encountered. Job Skills and Knowledge: * Must be able to perform RF Scanner tasks related to stocking and put-away processes. * Must possess basic literacy in computers and Windows applications. * Must be able to learn and use Holley’s Syteline system, performing functions such as inquiry, mass local transfers, pick confirm, and ship confirm. Work Experience: * Experience with voice-driven picking is a plus. * Prior experience in a material handling role is a plus. * Experience in a distribution or shipping role is preferred but not required. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED is preferred. * Must be able to stand at least seven hours per day. * Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as necessary.
