Position Overview The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Position starts at $20/hr. Shift: 1st Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm Key Responsibilities: Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing warehouse inventory Load and unload products efficiently and safely Scan, track, and manage incoming and outgoing orders Transport goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts Label, stack, shelve, and stage inventory for storage and shipment Fulfill, package, and label orders with accuracy Perform manual inventory counts as needed Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment Report any equipment malfunctions to management Follow all warehouse SOPs and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse goals Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift certification or willingness to complete forklift training Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable standing for extended periods Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills Computer literacy is a plus Must pass a physical, drug screening, and background check Other duties as assigned Koroseal Total Rewards: Vacation time, personal time, and 11 paid holidays Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance including a Flexible Savings Account Company paid Short Term Disability & Life Insurance with supplemental options available for employees 401(k) with company match Paid training and career development Employee well-being benefits including robust EAP offering Company events
Requirements
Candidates should have previous warehouse experience and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with forklift certification or a willingness to complete training.
