Job Description
Employer: Bonnell Aluminum DEPARTMENT: Warehouse JOB TITLE: Operator Level 1 REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Monday – Thursday, 7 am – 3 pm Friday, 6 am – 2 pm WAGE: $17/hr. Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Warehouse team. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Stock finished goods material delivered to the warehouse and accurately record and transact information • Use shipping documents to pull outbound customer orders. • Load trucks onto outbound trailers • Operate forklift or Walkie Rider as needed (Company certification required) • Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements: • Heavy lifting required. Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads (up to 75 lbs.) • Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers) • Use equipment such as chop saws, banding/strapping equipment, nail gun, etc. • Work with little supervision • Detail oriented • Maintain excellent attendance • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to plan and organize tasks in required time frames. • Speak English at a basic level • Prior warehouse experience a plus What You’ll Need: • High School Diploma/GED preferred • Pass company background check and drug screen What You’ll Love About Us: • Medical, Dental, Life Insurance • Matched 401k • Paid Vacation
Requirements
Candidates must be capable of heavy lifting up to 75 lbs and possess basic math skills to perform daily warehouse tasks. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required.
