Clean background and driving records. Able to pass pre-employment Drug Testing (12 panels). BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for planning and directing work activities of the warehouse. Delegate work with respect and fosterteamwork and AFR culture. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Facilitate weekly Operations/ Sales Skype Calls •Oversee the Pick, prep, and shipment of orders and transfers •Work with and monitor delivery teams •Walk and Inspect both inbound and outbound orders/transfers •Training and monitoring of delivery teams and pickers •Handle calls from delivery teams •Work with Branch Managers to route trucks •Oversea and inspect the quality of the previous days Triage and approve of all product going into racks •Perform other related duties as assigned. SKILLS: 1. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds 2. Verbal/written communication skills 3. Accuracy and attention to detail 4. Planning, and time management skills 5. Requirements
