We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on planning, coordinating, and improving company-wide logistics and inventory operations, which includes; fulfillment, pick and pack execution, shipping readiness, inventory accuracy, and NetSuite transaction support. This role will work closely with the Senior Warehouse, Logistics, and Building Operations Specialist and the broader Operations team to improve fulfillment flow, reduce handoffs, and help ensure client shipments move accurately and on time. Accountability * Support the pick, pack, and ship process for client orders, including staging, labeling, packaging, and shipment preparation * Create and process item fulfillments and related warehouse transactions in NetSuite * Receive, inspect, organize, and help process inbound shipments, including entering receiving activity in NetSuite as assigned * Assist with carrier coordination, shipment documentation, delivery preparation, and time-sensitive outbound shipment needs * Provide backup coverage for critical warehouse functions including receiving, fulfillment, inventory movement, and forklift support * Analyze warehouse and logistics metrics * Analyze expected client shipment schedules and develop inventory storage and movement plans to optimize warehouse space, maintain fulfillment readiness, and ensure inventory records remain accurate within NetSuite * Exercise independent judgment regarding inventory placement, internal inventory transfers, shipment prioritization, and operational problem resolution to support efficient warehouse operations and client delivery commitments * Partner with the Senior Warehouse, Logistics, and Building Operations Specialist on warehouse priorities, process improvements, safety, organization, and workload planning * Support facilities-related tasks as needed * Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance client experience, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required * Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience * Experience using an ERP, inventory, warehouse management, or shipping system; NetSuite experience preferred * Forklift certification or willingness to obtain a certification Preferred: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize time-sensitive shipping needs while maintaining accuracy and organization * A process improvement mindset with confidence to suggest practical ways to improve workflow, accuracy, and efficiency. * Ability to build positive working relationships across clients, vendors, carriers and other departments * Comfort working independently while staying aligned with team priorities, deadlines, and client commitments * Strong attention to detail with a drive to complete accurate fulfillment, receiving, and inventory work Work location: * Onsite 5 days a week at Evolving Solutions Corporate Office, Hamel, Minnesota Reporting Relationships: * Reports to Director of Revenue Operations * Works closely with the Senior Warehouse, Logistics, and Building Operations Specialist Compensation Range: * Base salary range: $40,500 - $57,000 annually Evolving Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management. Proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite and a valid forklift certification or the willingness to obtain one are required.
