Job Description
Employer: Advoc8 About the role You will contribute to the growth of ADVOC8's brand merchandise and warehouse division, &drop, by supporting fulfillment projects big and small for our clients. Our fulfillment associates are detail-oriented and work proactively to get the job done. Our team is focused on developing an efficient process and delivering every day for our clients. Each shift is scheduled at 8.5 hours, 7:30 am - 4 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. What you'll do Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Receiving, counting, and stocking inventory Efficiently pick and pack orders using our warehouse management software Assist with fulfilling large batches of orders within the production line Facilitate carrier pickups Assist in resolving customer service tickets Help with general maintenance of the fulfillment center Arrive on time for every shift Track productivity in the management system Able to communicate clearly and work well with others Qualifications High School degree or equivalent 1 -2 years of warehouse experience Forklift experience is a plus Reliable transportation Clean background check Motivated individual who is willing to learn Strong attention to detail Benefits Collaborative and creative work environment Health Insurance: 100% coverage of base level medical insurance plus buy up options to meet the needs of you and your family Health Insurance: Dental and vision insurance 401k, FSA, and HSA Professional development and training reimbursements Vacation and sick time Paid parental leave
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school degree or equivalent and 1-2 years of warehouse experience. Reliable transportation and a clean background check are required, with forklift experience considered a plus.
