Job Description
Employer: Atlas Roofing Corporation Atlas Molded Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Washington, IA facility. Warehouse Associate Primary Responsibilities * General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment, operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures. * Load or unload trucks either by hand, forklift, or by pallet jack. * Maintains appropriate inventory of supplies and communicates with appropriate personnel to order replacement product as needed. * Recognize and adhere to all best practices for safety (i.e. lock out/tag out, etc.). * Must be able to operate forklift within the safety guidelines established by Atlas and remain certified to do so. * Maintains a clean and organized work area. Warehouse Associate Experience * Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment preferred. * Prior forklift experience preferred. Warehouse Associate Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Must be fluent in the English language, both written and spoken. * Must be able to use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools. Warehouse Associate Education, Licenses & Certifications * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. * Good attendance is a must. Requirements
Forklift experience and experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment are preferred, and the employee must be able to operate a forklift safely. English fluency, basic math and measuring skills, and good attendance are required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
