Employer: Baumgartner's Furniture, Inc. Benefits: Weekday schedule Paid lunch breaks Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Employee discounts Free food & snacks Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Parental leave Training & development Flexible schedule Part-time Warehouse & Delivery Crew Member — Weekday Schedule Location: Auxvasse, MO (on US-54 — an easy drive from Fulton, Mexico, and Columbia) To apply, submit your resume online or come to our Auxvasse location to fill out an application. Home every night. A Monday–Friday job that actually means it. Tired of commuting to Columbia or Jeff City? Tired of warehouse jobs with rotating shifts, mandatory overtime, and every-weekend schedules? Baumgartner's is hiring for a part-time position, and we run weekday, daytime hours. What your day actually looks like: You won't be standing at a conveyor belt at the warehouse; you'll unpack, prep, load, and inspect merchandise so every delivery goes out right. On delivery, you'll ride with a partner, deliver furniture to homes across mid-Missouri, and be the last face our customers see — the person who turns a purchase into a great experience. Every day is a different route, different homes, different people. Responsibilities: * Deliver furniture and mattresses to customer homes on routes across mid-Missouri * Load, unload, unpack, prepare, and inspect merchandise * Operate a delivery vehicle (we'll help you get your Missouri Class E license if you don't have one) * Resolve delivery issues and take care of customer concerns on the spot * Regularly lift 50+ lbs and team-lift heavier pieces with your partner What we're looking for: * A valid driver's license * A strong sense of customer service — you're the face of our company in someone's home * Problem-solving and communication skills * Reliability. Our customers are counting on you, and so are your crew members. Why Baumgartner's: * Monday–Friday daytime schedule — no nights, no rotating shifts * $18–$23.50 per hour + bonuses * Paid lunch breaks * Employee discount on furniture and mattresses * Family-owned local business since 1949 — you're a name here, not a number * We promote from within — cross-training available into warehouse lead, service, and sales roles * Work minutes from home instead of an hour away
Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required to ensure reliable and professional customer interactions.
