Job Description
Employer: Autobuses Ejecutivos Job description: * Unload goods and check them against order forms. * Place goods in bins or on racks, stack bulky items on floors etc. and label items with storage details * Move heavy packages using the forklift machinery * Obtain details of the location and quantity of items in stock, using visual display units or computers * Enter Details of received delivery slips, requisitions and invoices into computers * Count and records the number of items in the warehouse stock during stock take or inventory * Advise supervisor on stock and re-ordering levels * Help keep the work area neat and tidy * Maintain computer records of data such as who performed repairs, assignments, requirements and authorizations * Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors * Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. * Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities. * Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment. * Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
