Job description: Warehouse Maintenance Associate Location: North Brunswick, NJ Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour About the Role Focus Camera is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Maintenance Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse or maintenance experience who takes pride in keeping a facility operating efficiently. Responsibilities * Operate an industrial floor sweeping machine to maintain clean and safe warehouse floors. * Collect cardboard, packaging materials, and other recyclable items throughout the warehouse. * Safely operate a cardboard baler to compact recyclable materials. * Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste disposal areas. * Keep warehouse aisles, workstations, and common areas clean and organized. * Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks. * Follow all company safety policies and procedures. * Perform additional warehouse support duties as assigned. Qualifications * 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, janitorial, facilities, or maintenance experience required. * Previous experience operating warehouse cleaning equipment or a cardboard baler is a plus but not required. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift. * Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
