Job Description
Employer: Customized Distribution Service WHAT YOU'LL DO * Sort, stack, reconfigure, and prepare cases of product for shipment * Pick products accurately to fulfill customer orders * Use RF scanners to track and move inventory * Package products appropriately for shipment * Inspect products and pallets and report damage * Follow food-safety, workplace-safety, and equipment procedures * Keep your work area clean and organized * Work as part of a warehouse and production team * Work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when business needs require WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * People who show up, work safely, and contribute to the team * Dependable attendance and punctuality * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment * Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds * Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist throughout the shift * Previous warehouse or RF-scanner experience is helpful, but not required * High school diploma or GED preferred WHAT CDS OFFERS Eligible employees may receive: * Competitive pay rate * Paid time off * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401(k) with company match * Employee referral program * Performance incentives * Training and professional-development opportunities READY TO GET STARTED?
