Employer: CROWN CAPITAL MGMT LLC Warehouse Attendant Location: Pompano Beach Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Start Time: 7:00 AM Classification: Non-Exempt Join Our Team! We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Attendant to support our warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping our facility clean and organized, assisting with material deliveries, and ensuring materials are available when needed. Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing materials. * Maintain accurate inventory records and report missing, damaged, or lost materials. * Prepare, package, label, and organize materials for shipment and delivery. * Scan and track materials to ensure accurate distribution. * Deliver materials to jobsites as directed by management. * Assist with ordering materials and warehouse maintenance supplies. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse through sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general housekeeping. * Inspect the facility for minor maintenance needs and report larger issues to management. * Assist with seasonal maintenance and weather-related clean-up efforts. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. * Assist with training new warehouse personnel. * Follow all company safety procedures and policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. * Valid Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. * Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. * Ability to report to work no later than 7:00 AM each workday. * Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, cleaning procedures, and facility maintenance preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: * Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. * Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday. * Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requirements
