Job Description
Employer: Davinci Micro Fulfillment The Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and scanning items for shipment. * Inventory Control: Receiving, inspecting, and stocking merchandise while updating records. * Logistics & Shipping: Loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipping labels. * Maintenance & Safety: Cleaning the warehouse, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols. Qualifications & Requirements * Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). * Physical Strength: Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs regularly. * Stamina: Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. * Skills: Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking. * Reliability: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Typical Working Conditions * Warehouse environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures. * May require working weekends, holidays, and overtime. Preferred Experience * 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or forklift experience is often preferred. * Pick/pack experience helpful * WMS systems knowledge helpful
Requirements
