Employer: Tyres International Inc Company Description Ascenso Tires North America is a leading manufacturer and distributor of truck, agricultural, industrial/construction, and OTR tires. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support operations in Reno, Nevada. Role Overview This full-time, on-site position plays a vital role in daily warehouse operations, including physical tasks such as loading and unloading shipments, operating forklifts, and managing inventory processes. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts required based on business needs. Key Responsibilities • Execute warehouse functions including receiving, storing, and distributing products to maintain efficient workflows • Use warehouse management software to monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking • Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs • Maintain strong inventory control practices to minimize loss and maximize accuracy • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented warehouse environment • Comply with all health and safety standards and procedures Qualifications • Prior experience in stock control, inventory management, and general warehouse operations • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems • Forklift operating experience required • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • High attention to detail • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently during shifts Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Requirements
