Employer: Custom Patch Hats Description Job Title: Warehouse Associate Department: Shipping & Receiving Classification: Non-exempt Reports to: General Manager Supervises: No Work Location: Warehouse in Raleigh, NC Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for helping maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, organizing and stocking operating supplies, and supporting the Shipping Team packaging and shipping hats. Duties/Responsibilities: Gather and remove cardboard from Packaging stations, operate baler to make cardboard bales. Clean hats, build shipping boxes, and package customer orders. Organize the warehouse space and remove trash when needed. Support shipping and receiving areas when workload increases. Inspecting products for defects and damages. Organizing stock and maintaining operating supply inventory. Removal of cardboard from workstations, make cardboard bales using baler Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Requirements Physical demands: Walk and stand for long periods of time Lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds Required Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent. Good attention to detail. Work effectively in a team environment. Schedule: The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.
