Responsible for stocking, picking, packing, shipping of HVAC equipment and supplies. Ensures accurate order fulfillment, maintains warehouse organization, and provides support to customers, contractors, and delivery teams while adhering to safety standards. Key Responsibilities Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Process shipments and maintain accurate warehouse documentation. Ensure HVAC products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage. Assist customers and contractors with order pickups and product identification. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety procedures. Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to support customer needs and timely deliveries. Qualifications Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software. 3 – 5 years of warehouse experience. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Ability to lift and perform physical warehouse duties. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements
Candidates must have 3-5 years of warehouse experience and proficiency with inventory control systems or ERP software. A forklift certification or the ability to obtain one is required, along with the physical ability to lift and handle HVAC products.
