This role is essential to keeping orders moving — picking, scanning, and staging product for both pickup and delivery. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Order Fulfillment & Inventory Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status at all times Receive shipments, log into inventory, conduct regular audits, and process returns accurately Follow all special instructions pertaining to individual orders Safety & Equipment Uphold the highest safety standards; comply with all legal and company safety policies Identify hazardous conditions, report or correct unsafe situations, and enforce safety procedures Operate a forklift and order picker safely and efficiently; maintain required certifications Perform routine vehicle and equipment safety checks; report discrepancies to supervisor Teamwork & Communication Support team goals; treat coworkers with fairness, respect, and open communication Participate actively in meetings and respond appropriately to direction from others Build positive relationships and share information to help the team succeed Standards & Accountability Follow established procedures to ensure accurate, high-quality, error-free work output Maintain a strong, focused work pace; adapt positively to changing priorities Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth in the Employee Handbook Other duties as assigned Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required Willingness to learn; warehouse or distribution experience preferred Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours daily Able to frequently stoop, bend, and reach; work in variable indoor/outdoor temperature conditions BENEFITS Eligible to enroll on the 1st of the month following 45 days of employment: Medical, Dental & Vision Short & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Telehealth Gym Reimbursement 401(k) with Company Match Free Surgery & Imaging Program* Free Medications* Delta Perks — Local Discounts Discount Hub Coverage available for families * Free Surgery & Imaging and Free Medications programs are subject to eligibility and program terms.
