Responsibilities and Duties Must know how to operate a forklift Must be able to lift 50 pounds Shipping and Receiving Able to go in and out of a -10F Freezer Ability to work with tight deadlines and meet new and changing demands Ability to identify the vision and produce goals with realistic plans to achieve them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to provide leadership. Experience in a food manufacturing environment and/or freezer preferred Available to work during weekends and holiday Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma Required. Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or other related field is preferred Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting and use of heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and blast freezers. Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment is preferred, along with a flexible schedule for weekends and holidays.
