Job Description
Employer: Singer Equipment Company Talent Acquisition OVERVIEW This position is responsible for all warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receiving & Inspection of all deliveries Use computer/internet based system to accurately receive, inventory & ship equipment Communicate via email/teams/phone (if required) with other departments inside Singer Kittredge Responsible for accurately picking equipment from warehouse based on provided documentation and assembling/building correctly for delivery to construction sites. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations. Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. (forklift & pallet jack) Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. *The duties and responsibilities described are not necessarily an exhaustive list. Additional duties may be assigned to the employee as necessitated by business demands. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 2-4 years of experience Teamwork Must possess strong communication, customer service, and organization skills. Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in transportation, logistics, supply career fields are a bonus
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
