Employer: Monumental Markets Monumental Markets is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly-restocking, organizing, and moving products to ensure our team can fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. What You'll Do: Sort palletized products and restack for efficient order picking Restock pick lines using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method Transport goods throughout the facility via warehouse machinery Store overstock items in designated locations Assist picking zones by selecting and staging orders Clear cardboard and waste from the production area Work in extreme conditions, including freezer environments (-18°C / 0°F) Maintain a clean, organized workspace using the 5S and "Clean as You Go" principles Your Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse or grocery experience 1+ year reach-in lift experience Forklift and heavy machinery certification (Forklift Required) Completion of forklift driving course (preferred) Ability to lift, carry, and handle up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness Ability to locate and move product accurately and efficiently Effective communication skills with both supervisors, team members, and vendors Basic math skills and the ability to understand shipping/packaging documents Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency At Monumental Markets, we fuel the best places to work in the DMV with the coolest food and drink options that people want. Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of warehouse or grocery experience and hold a valid forklift certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
