Job Description

Employer: Southern Crown Partners Job Title: Warehouse Associate Reports To: Warehouse Director FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Classification: Full Time Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurately picking cases of product, stacking cases to complete account orders, loading completed orders and transfers onto delivery trucks using proper lifting and pallet stacking techniques, and replenishing product as needed at our Cayce, SC warehouse. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Follow directions accurately, consistently, and safely. Accurately pick cases from inventory lines. Responsible for clearing pallets from bins once they are empty to support replenishment. Consistently communicate with Warehouse team/Manager. Keep the warehouse clean throughout each shift. Stack cases of product orderly and efficiently to complete account orders in your designated area. Bring completed ordered to the wrap machine. Load completed orders onto delivery trucks in an organized sequence. Clean assigned area at the end of shift. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Good communication skills both individually and within the Warehouse team. Able to work in a fast-paced environment Monday through Friday. Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload. Punctual and dependable. Represents SCP’s commitment to excellence through PARTNERS values. Education/Experience: High School graduate or GED. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously. Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently. Requirements

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and pulling. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
