This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. The right candidate takes pride in their surroundings, works independently, and understands that a well-kept shop is the foundation of a professional operation. Responsibilities Maintain daily cleanliness of the shop floor, work areas, and common spaces. Organize tools, parts, and equipment so technicians can find what they need quickly and easily. Assist with receiving and putting away incoming parts and supply deliveries. Keep the parts and inventory area tidy and properly labeled. Dispose of waste, packaging, and debris in accordance with company and safety guidelines. Assist the team with light shop tasks as needed. Uphold Culligan's standards for professionalism and a clean working environment at all times.
