Job Description
Employer: Perfect Circuit SUMMARY We are in search of dedicated full-time Warehouse Associates to become a part of our team in Burbank. The perfect candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations, excel in high-pressure situations, and demonstrate the capability to meet deadlines, consistently surpassing customer expectations WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipping Assist other warehouse team members in restocking and organizing the warehouse Maintain open communication with Warehouse Manager to establish priorities and set goals Properly package items to prevent damage during transit Receive incoming shipments, inspect contents, and process inventory Assist with counting and auditing inventory Maintain a clean and organized work area Be proficient in using handheld devices, scanners, and computer systems for order tracking and inventory management WHAT TO BRING GED or high school diploma 1+ years of shipping, receiving and operations experience Proficient with computers and fulfillment technology Advanced understanding of retail and E-commerce operations Ability to follow instructions and relay information accurately Attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing Collaborative attitude to work effectively with other warehouse associates and retail staff. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet retail demands Willingness to assist in various tasks as needed Consistent attendance and punctuality Willingness to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time WHY US?
