Job Description
Employer: Aurora Parts WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) Functional Area: Warehouse Operations, Order processing Summary: Pick, pack, store and ship customer orders accurately and timely using Radio Frequency scanners and power industrial trucks (forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, aisle master). Adhere to all safety guidelines. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Ability to stand and walk much of an entire shift * Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, squat repetitively during shift * Ability to lift to 50 pounds consistently throughout shift Requirements: * Career minded individuals * Basic PC skills & knowledge * Excellent written & verbal communication skills * High School diploma or equivalent * Preferred qualifications – 1-2 years of experience in a pick, pack & ship physical warehouse environment
