Job Description
Employer: Penske Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers • Average $83700 annually • Additional earning opportunities • Dedicated route with same route each day • Home daily position • No-touch freight / drop & hook position What you will do: • Operate a dedicated route Monday through Friday • Perform drop & hook deliveries • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections of tractors and equipment • Escalate equipment repair needs in a timely manner • Maintain positive relationships with the customer and dispatch • Perform all duties with safety at the forefront Schedule: • Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Approximately 55 hours per week • Home daily You will drive: • Late model, Penske-maintained trucks • Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety • Equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to help ensure safety for all • 53' trailers and automatic day cabs Comprehensive benefits package includes: • Paid vacation and holidays day 1 • Generous retirement benefits • Excellent health care coverage-medical, dental, and vision • Short and long-term disability; life and AD&D insurance • Company-provided uniforms and safety footwear • Employee discount benefit program • Driver referral bonus program up to $5000 per referral • Safety incentive program • Premier Driver Recognition Program Why Penske? Requirements
Requires a valid Class A CDL and at least 1 to 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience. Candidates must maintain a clean driving record and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 100lbs.
