Employer: RLM Underground, LLC Description About the Role The Telecom Warehouse & Materials Specialist supports daily field operations by managing inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring crews receive accurate, timely equipment for construction and maintenance projects. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and essential to keeping telecom projects running smoothly. Location: Eden Prairie, MN Must be a local resident. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming telecom materials, tools, and equipment Maintain accurate inventory counts across warehouse and yard locations Prepare and stage materials for daily crew pickups and project deployments Track material usage and update records in company systems Coordinate deliveries, returns, and transfers with vendors and field supervisors Keep warehouse and yard areas clean, safe, and compliant with company standards Monitor stock levels and notify leadership when replenishment is needed Assist with loading/unloading trucks and operating forklifts or material-handling equipment Identify damaged or missing items and report issues promptly Support project managers with material availability, substitutions, and lead-time updates What You Bring A proactive, dependable work style Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Clear communication with field crews, supervisors, and vendors Commitment to accuracy and safe material handling What We Offer Competitive pay Full benefits package Opportunities for growth within telecom operations Supportive team environment We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
