Employer: Surge Staffing Stock Picker & Packer Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM 3rd Shift: 11:50 PM – 9:00 AM Schedule: Monday–Saturday Mandatory Overtime Required Position Overview The Stock Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and stocking products within the warehouse. This role helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Pick products accurately using scanners and/or pick lists. Pack and label orders for shipment. Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations. Verify product quantities and order accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety, quality, and productivity procedures. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or stocking experience preferred, but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift and move packages as required. Ability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule and required overtime. Requirements
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for this role. Candidates must be able to lift packages and commit to a Monday–Saturday schedule with mandatory overtime.
