Employer: Surge Staffing Stand-Up & Reach Forklift Operator Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to safely and efficiently operate stand-up and deep-reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity. Responsibilities Operate stand-up and deep-reach forklifts safely and efficiently Move, stage, and store products throughout the warehouse Load and unload materials as needed Retrieve and put away products in designated locations Assist with picking and replenishment activities Inspect products and equipment for damage or safety concerns Maintain accurate product placement and inventory Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all warehouse safety procedures Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous forklift experience required Stand-up forklift experience preferred Deep-reach forklift experience preferred Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment Warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift and move materials as required Schedule & Pay 1st Shift: $18.00/hour — 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 2nd Shift: $20.00/hour — 6:00 PM–2:30 AM Full-Time IND2
Requirements
Candidates must have previous forklift experience, with a preference for stand-up and deep-reach equipment. A strong focus on safety, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
