Job Description
Holliston, MA 01746 | Full-Time | First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Exact Staff is hiring an experienced Skid Steer Operator for our client, an electronics recycling facility in Holliston, MA. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay and a consistent day-shift schedule. This position is ideal for individuals with skid steer or heavy equipment operating experience. What You'll Be Doing: Safely operate a skid steer to move and organize materials Assist with material handling throughout the recycling facility Perform equipment inspections and report any issues Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Valid Hoisting License required Previous skid steer operating experience required Ability to safely operate heavy equipment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Must follow safety procedures and company instructions Pay, Schedule, and Location: Pay Rate: $23.00–$24.00/hour, DOE Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Shifts Available: First Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Location: Holliston, MA 01746 Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children Pet insurance available Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities
