Job Description
Employer: INTERACTION 24 LLC Shipping / Receiving / Inventory — Bellefonte, PA Temp-to-hire | $18–$20/hr | On-site | Day shift around carrier pickups We are filling one seat for a Bellefonte manufacturer (specialty ceramics and assembly). Small shop. You own inbound, outbound, counts, and the stockroom — not a big-box picker job. If you have not actually shipped, counted parts into a system, and shown up every day, do not apply. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Receive: match packing slip to PO, log into ERP, move material, flag discrepancies • Stockroom: bin locations, counts, what is / is not on the shelf (custom builds, small lots by customer) • Pack and ship: verify count vs order, pack fragile parts in foam (one piece per slot; sometimes double-up), labels, carrier pickup • Put the real count into the shipping / invoice system — wrong count = wrong bill • Schedule UPS / FedEx (domestic and international) • Lift up to 40 lbs; forklift cert or willing to get one • Hours set so 4:00–4:30 pickups are covered (typical windows: 7:00–3:00, 6:30–2:30, or 8:00–4:30) MUST HAVE (we will ask on the phone) • US citizen — required for export-control work. Not optional. • Real shipping/receiving experience: packing slips, counts, shipping software (UPS/FedEx or similar) • Inventory ownership — not “I helped in the warehouse” • Clean attendance. Prior temps failed on no-shows and on counting. We will not send that again. • Can work on-site in Bellefonte and cover the afternoon pickup window • Basic computer / Excel; will learn Rover ERP and shipping software DO NOT APPLY IF • You are not a US citizen • You only picked/packed with no system count • You need 7–10 days off a month • You want remote, or overnight HOW TO APPLY Apply here. Requirements
