Job Description
Employer: Sofidel Position Overview Sofidel America is a manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use, focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator to support raw material activities within warehouse and production operations through safe handling, accurate inventory execution, and efficient material movement. The Raw Material Warehouse Operator plays a key role in ensuring timely movement of materials, proper staging, and support of production operations. This position works closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations. This position reports to the Integrated Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or Raw Material Supervisor, depending on the site and operational structure.Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport raw materials within the warehouse and to production areas Stage materials in accordance with production schedules and operational needs Perform inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfers Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to supervision Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtime Assist with general warehouse duties as neededJob Requirements High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferredForklift experience required or willingness to be trainedAbility to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to work in a fast paced environment and support team operationsBasic experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferredCompany Benefits Why Join Sofidel America?Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time offOpportunities for professional growth within a global organizationWork Environment .
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, and forklift experience is required or the willingness to be trained.
