Position Summary The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, picking, and shipping parts that support John Deere construction, forestry, and industrial equipment operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments. Pick, package, and stage parts for customer orders, service work, and branch transfers. Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or parts experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems. Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in warehouse environments. Why Join Beard? Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required for this role. Candidates should have basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift and work in a warehouse environment.
