Job Description
Employer: Do it Best Part-Time Warehouse Team Member Do it Best is ready to help you build your career in our Medina, OH distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. Current Part-Time Schedule: based on business needs Monday-Friday As a Do it Best team member you can also expect: * Earn up to $23.50 /hr * Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50 -$22.29 per hour with regular increases every 180 days * Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69-$2.06 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus * Regular weekday hours * A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety Qualified candidates must be able to: * Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs * Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs * Assist in team lifts * Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop * Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders About Do it Best: We’re the only US-based, member-owned hardware, lumber, and building materials co-op in the home improvement industry. Requirements
Candidates must be able to repeatedly lift items weighing 40-45 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs. The role requires physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and performing tasks at various heights.
